Our two friends from college tied the knot in Dayton on Saturday, so Fritz and I spent the past couple of days celebrating with all of the awesome people we don’t see nearly enough. In a perfect world, we’d all live in the same city. Even better? The same apartment complex (#college).
The weather Sunday was UNREAL, wasn’t it? Our apartment is a stone-throw away from some cool spots in Columbus, so last night after we made dinner, we ventured out to explore our new neighborhood. We walked by Pistacia Vera (sidenote: they open at 7 a.m., so macarons before work? YES) and got lost in The Book Loft. If you’ve been there, you totally understand this is an easy thing to do.
I wore this off-the-shoulder blouse I picked up from Forever 21 recently, and it’s been getting some serious wear. Like, I’ve been wearing it almost every day since I bought it. It’s flowy, a bright tomato pinkish red and is the perfect springy top. I tucked it into high-waisted denim (another thing I’ve been wearing every. single. day), and threw on my new favorite sandals. The look is comfy, casual and easy. Everything a weekend outfit should be.
